Lorena Navarro
Lorena es el alma mater de ALesWay, quien puso encima de la mesa la idea de ofrecer nuevas alternativas de ocio a las mujeres lesbianas y bisexuales en España. Aventurándose como lesbiana en el mundo de los negocios para ofrecer una de las cosas que más satisfacción le produce: contribuir a la felicidad ajena.
Porque Lorena viene de lo social, de trabajar día a día con la gente y sus problemas. Tanto a nivel profesional como activista, en el movimiento LGTB. Y sabe muy bien lo gratificante que es disfrutar, aunque sea durante unos días, de ser una misma. Sobre todo, pudiendo hacerlo de un modo sano y divertido, mimando a nuestro cuerpo y a nuestra mente.
Precisamente, su experiencia profesional y activista le ha dado mucha experiencia en la organización de todo tipo de eventos. Siempre con ese toque especial, muy cercano y empático, de quienes se han formado en lo social.
Quienes la conocemos sabemos muy bien que pertenece a esa casta de mujeres luchadoras, honestas, trabajadoras y responsables. Joven emprendedora, comprometida hasta la médula por hacer de este mundo un lugar mejor. Orgullosa de su lengua y cultura valenciana, de ser de poble, de ser lesbiana. Siempre con esa sonrisa mágica y esa buena energía que desprende por donde pasa.
Lo sé muy bien porque además de ser su socia soy su compañera. Y si algo me hace especialmente feliz, es saber que con ALesWay y el Club ALesWay, otras mujeres están disfrutando también de esa buena energía y esa paz que transmite Lorena en todo lo que hace.

Una reseña biográfica de Lorena.
Lorena is ALesWay‘s alma mater, the person who brought the idea of offering new leisure alternatives for lesbian and bisexual women in Spain. She was committed to turn her idea into reality, and she did it, jumping into business world and contributing to other people’s happiness.
Lorena’s path comes from social field, where she has been working as a social worker and LGTB activist. She knows very well what means for a woman being out of the closet, at least for a couple of hours or days. A unique experience, especially if that woman is able to spend a great time in a healthy and funny way, taking care of her body and her mind among other women alike.
Her professional and activist work has also helped her to develop her skills to organize all kind of events with an empathetic touch, typical in social professionals like her.
Lorena belongs to the group of fighting, honest, hard-working, and responsible women. She is a young entrepeneur, compromised to the marrow to make this world a better place. As a Valencian native, she is very proud of her culture and mother language. Always smiling, Lorena has the ability of sharing hope and positive energy around her.
I know it by heart as her business and life partner. Thanks to ALesWay and our Club ALesWay, other lesbian and bisexual women are enjoying Lorena’s vision for change. It is like a dream come true.
